Point this at your playerInfo.dat and it reads your real levels — labs, workshop, enhancements, ultimate weapons, modules, cards, guardians, relics and your last 30 runs — then ranks every available action across all of them by opportunity cost.

Inside BlueStacks, open any file-manager app and go to:
Android/data/com.TechTreeGames.TheTower/files/playerInfo.dat
Copy it somewhere BlueStacks shares with Windows — its Media Manager can export a file to your PC — then drop it above.
First, in BlueStacks: Settings → Advanced → Android Debug Bridge, switch it on. Then paste this into PowerShell — it finds your save wherever the game put it and copies it to your Downloads folder.
Needs adb on your PATH (brew install android-platform-tools) and ADB switched on in your emulator. Paste into Terminal — the file lands in your Downloads folder.
Your save is decoded entirely inside this browser tab — it is never uploaded anywhere. The last file you load is remembered on this device only, so the page opens straight to your plan next time.
